Move-Out Note
All carriers must check in no later than 5:00PM on Thursday, September 10, 2026, or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms using seven-business-day standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.
Shipping Out of the Event: To ship freight from the venue, please make sure your carrier picks up your shipment on Thursday, September 10, 2026, between 3:30PM and 6:00PM at Princeton Marriott at Forrestal, 100 College Road East, Princeton, NJ 08540.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the advance warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct Shipments

Direct shipments will not be accepted at the venue. Please send all shipments to the advance warehouse.
